2、计，我国建筑业一直是微利行业，大部分企业存在亏损，与国外成熟建筑业市场相比，有较大的差距。那么，如何加强管理、降低成本、提高效益已成为摆在建筑施工企业面前的紧迫课题。根据甲方的要求及其提供的相关资料，通过招投标过其他方式呈报工程造价，通过评标、定标，由业主或其委托的咨询机构确定中标单位，并与其签订合同价格，最终确定工程造价。随着施工技术的发展和新材料的不断更新，人们越来越关注在保证质量的前提下，如何控制装饰工程的成本，降低工程成本，提高装饰公司的利润空间。为了适应市场变化，在激烈的竞争中生存，除了全面提高素质，建筑装饰企业还必须做好成本控制工作。长期经营积累的经验和生存的渴望都要求建筑装饰企业
