2、必然趋势。本文着重阐述了房产管理信息系统功能模块的分析、设计和实现。介绍了系统的开发环境以及开发工具，对于设计思想和设计流程也做出了全面的表达，在数据库创立思想以及各个数据表之间的具体关联等方面也做出了详细说明，并且具体剖析了系统各个功能的实现过程以及详细设计过程，在绘制简单系统功能模块图的同时，力求更加清晰地说明设计思想以及对整个程序设计的规划及具体实现。本房产管理信息系统采用B/S体系结构，其开发主要包括前台客户应用操作、查询和后台数据库的建立、维护的开发两个方面。根据实际需求，本系统采用模块化的设计思想，搭建运行环境IIS5.1，通过使用JavaScript脚本语言完成动态的、交互的we

3、b效劳器应用程序，结合Access数据库开发系统，实现了楼盘展示、出租求租信息、出售求购信息、会员专区的查询分析功能，完成后台管理员对系统信息、会员信息、房源信息、订单信息、留言信息的管理。关键词：管理信息系统，B/S结构，ASP，Access数据库ABSTRACTAlong with the development of the network, more and more people tend to search for information online. 11、/S体系机构下的房产信息管理系统。目前大局部的房产信息管理工作局部还是手工管理，工作效率很低，并且不能及时了解手中拥有的各类房屋的信息和市场上比拟需求的房屋，不能更好的适应当前客户对房屋的各种需求。另外，手工管理还存在由不可抗力的人为因素造成数据遗漏、误报等弊端。为解决这一日益突出的问题，针对房产信息管理工作设计了城建房产信息管理系统。该模块完成系统中的功能如下：楼盘展示、出租信息、求租信息，求购信息，出售信息，可以按各种查询条件查询到所需资料以及进行登记发布，会员专区，后台管理员对数据信息的维护。2 意义随着计算机及网络技术的飞速开展，Internet/Intranet应用在全球范围内日益普
