一、读书活动目标  
       以教育部《关于"十五"期间教师教育改革与发展的意见》为依据，以更新教育观念为先导，以学****研究新课程教材为重点，以解决教育教学中存在的突出问题为突破口，以提高自身创新意识和创新能力为主线，以培养可持续发展能力为根本方向，以提高自身实施新课程能力和教育创新能力，培养专业型、创新型教师为目的
