震动排痰机在治疗ICU肠功能障碍患者中的效果
[摘要] 目的 研究震动排痰机在治疗ICU肠功能障碍患者中的作用。 方法 收集2018年8月~2019年8月合肥市第三人民医院ICU肠功能障碍患者共76例,分为治疗组及对照组,对照组40例予以常规治疗,治疗组36例在常规治疗基础上加用震动排痰机在腹部顺时针震动治疗,观察两组患者1周后肠鸣音次数、粪便量、胃肠减压量、腹内压、消化道出血情况。 结果 经治疗1周后,治疗组肠鸣音次数、粪便量均多于对照组,胃肠减压量、腹内压、消化道出血量均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 使用震动排痰机进行腹部震动治疗能改善肠功能障碍患者的肠功能状态,有利于病情恢复,值得临床推广。
