不同剂量阿托伐他汀对不稳定性心绞痛介入术后血清肌钙蛋白的影响

摘 要 目的:探讨不同剂量阿托伐他汀对不稳定性心绞痛择期行冠脉动脉支架介入术后血清肌钙蛋白的影响。方法:120例接受PCI的不稳定性心绞痛的患者,随机分A、B两组。术前分别给予阿托伐他汀钙片10mg和40mg服用6~8天,术前及术后测定12小时、24小时和48小时血清肌钙蛋白Ⅰ的水平。结果:术后两组肌钙蛋白Ⅰ均明显升高(P<0.01)。B组肌钙蛋白Ⅰ升高明显低于A组(P<0.01)。直线相关分析表明术后肌钙蛋白Ⅰ的水平与术前服用阿托伐他汀钙剂量之间呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论:不稳定性心绞痛患者PCI术后肌钙蛋白Ⅰ明显升高,阿托伐他汀钙片40mg组升高水平明显低于10mg组。

AbstractObjective:To explore the effects of different dosages of Atorvastatin on cTnI after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) in unstable angina pectoris.Methods: From Aug 2007 to Feb 2010,120 patients with PCI procedure who were unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into large dosage lipid lowering group(atorvastatin 40mg daily,n60)and an ordinary lipid lowering group(atorvastatin 10 mg daily,n60). After 6~8 days treatment,PCI were ferformed.The level of cTnI were checked before and 12h,24h and 48h after PCI.Results: After PCI,the level of cTnI of two groups compared to Baseline increased(P<0.01).But the level of cTnI of large dosage lipid lowering group was lower than ordinary dosage lipid lowering group(P<0.01).Conclusion: large dosage atorvastatin used pre PCI of unstable angina pectoris could lighten the myocardiac damage.Key WordsUnstable Angina Pectoris Percutaneous Coronary Intervention(PCI) Atorvast
