中小企业成本管理中存在的问题及对策

摘 要：在中小企业发展迅速的今天，成本是决定企业生存与发展的重大问题，成本管理是企业管理的重要组成部分，其水平的高低直接影响着企业的经济效益。如何在激烈的市场竞争中生存下来成为越来越多企业面临的首要问题。本文从成本管理的概念入手，阐述成本管理对中小企业生存和发展的意义，对我国企业成本管理存在的问题做一番探讨，探询造成成本管理存在问题的原因所在，从而找出解决问题的方法与对策。
