摘要：全球对于环境问题的日益重视和全球新能源业务的不断发展为中国企业进入海外新能源市场提供了发展机遇。然而各国
新能源产业发展进程不同，相关经济政策、产业扶持政策、技术标准等存在一定的差异，为中国企业进入海外新能源市场带来了挑战。
本文从项目的经济评价入手，探讨国内外新能源发电项目经济评价存在的异同，提高海外项目经济评价的准确性。
Abstract: The increasing global attention to environmental issues and the continuous development of global clean energy business
provide development opportunities for Chinese enterprises to enter the overseas clean energy market. However, the development process of
clean energy industry in various countries is different, and there are certain differences in relevant economic policies, industrial support
policies and technical standards, which brings challenges to Chinese enterprises to enter the overseas clean energy market. Starting with the
