浅析铁路工程造价的动态管理及其控制
【摘 要】在我国经济快速发展的过程中,基础工程建设为我国经济发展提供了非常大的助力,铁路工程就是其中一种。当前,铁路工程建设力度越来越强,但是在铁路工程实际建造过程中,相应的管理工作却存在着非常多的问题。针对铁路工程的造价管理工作来讲,实际管理过程中的诸多影响因素导致工程造价控制难以达到理想效果。基于此,论文针对铁路工程造价动态管理工作问题以及处理措施进行论述。
【Abstract】 In the process of rapid economic development in China, the construction of infrastructure engineering has provided a great help to the economic development of our country, and railway engineering is one of them. At present, the strength of railway project construction is getting stronger and stronger, but in the process of railway project construction, there are many problems in the corresponding management work. In terms of the cost management of railway engineering, many influencing factors in the actual management process make it difficult for the cost control to achieve the desired results. Based on this, the paper discusses the dynamic management of railway project cost and the measures to deal with it.

1 引言
近年来,我国经济的发展速度非常快,因此各行各业在经济发展过程中,发展速度都得到了提升,工程建设就是其中的一种。在我国交通体系中,铁路工程占据了非常大的比重,因此对于国家经济发展来讲,铁路工程的建设会产生非常直接的影响。虽然我国在针对铁路工程建设方面的相关科研技术已经非常先进,但在造价成本管理工作方面还存在着非常多的问题,尤其是针对造价动态管理来讲。所以本文针对原造价动态管理工作所存在的问题进行详细分析,并采取措施对其进行控制。
