摘要
建筑业属于重工业的X畴，而重工业的开展是一个国家的经济命脉，它带动广泛的相关产业的持续开展，一个国家的建筑业颓废，如此这个国家的经济失去独立自主能力甚至面临崩溃。
当今世界流行着“当今时代是决策者重视质量的时代〞这一观念。21世纪初我国正式参加WTO，标志着我国进入全方位的开放时期，建筑企业还将承受国际承包商带来的巨大竞争压力，面对如此严峻的国际国内环境，我们只有从自身出发不断改良，力争与国际建筑市场接轨。
本文在研究我国质量管理现状与存在的问题的根底上，对如何提高我国建筑施工项目质量管理进展了初步的研究，在管理制度和管理方法方面提出了一些相应的措施，以强化建筑施工项目全过程的质量控制，从而解决目前我国建筑施工项目质量管理中存在的一些问题。

ABSTRACT
The architecture industry belongs to the heavy industry category， but the heavy industry development is a national economic lifeline， it leads widespread related industrial the continually development，A national architecture industry is dispirited， then this national economy loses the independent ability even to face the collapse．
Popular in today's world of "the present era is an era of policy-makers pay attention to quality，" the idea．Beginning of the 21st century in our country's accession to WTO， marked the opening up of China's entry into full-time construction enterprises international contractors will be brought to bear tremendous pressure of petition，The face of such serious international and domestic environment， we can only proceed from the continuous improvement of their own， and strive with the international construction market．
In this paper， the quality of management in the study of China's current situation and problems on the basis of how to improve the quality of our construction project management conducted a preliminary studyIn the management system and management methods put forward some measures to strengthen the whole process of building projects under construction， quality control， so as to solve the current quality of our construction project management in a number of problems．
