某某市城市地下空间开发利用规划研究

摘要：针对目前某某市城市开展中存在的用地紧X、交通拥挤等问题，提出了开发利用城市地下空间是解决问题的重要途径。本文首先对某某市城市地下空间开发利用的现状情况进展分析，提出开展中存在的问题。在综合分析某某市的自然条件、地质条件、水文条件以与现状城市建设的根底上，构筑了某某市地下空间资源评估体系，对某某市地下空间资源进展评估，在此根底上，结合某某市城市总体规划、社会经济开展条件等，对地下交通、地下公共空间、地下市政设施、地下防空防灾等进展系统研究和，并提出某某市地下空间开发利用的施实机制和保障措施，从而推进某某市节约型城市的建设，实现城市的可持续开展。

Abstract: In the light of the problems that exist in qingdao city’s present development, such as the lackage of urban construction landuse and traffic congestion etc., the authors think that underground space exploitation is one of the important way to solve these problems. In this essay, the status quo of underground space exploitation is firstly analyzed, and then the problems were put up. Based on the prehensive analysis of qingdao city’s natural conditions, geology conditions, hydrological conditions and status quo of urban construction etc., an underground space resource evaluation system of qingdao city is built up, and then the underground space of qingdao city is evaluated. Under the foundation of the evaluation results, and at the same time, with the consideration of qingdao master planning and social and economic development planning etc., the layout of underground space exploitation is researched, which include underground traffic system, underground public spaces, underground municipal utilities etc.. In order to construct a resource-effective and sustainable city in qingdao, the control and management measures and systems in the process of exploitation of underground space are also designed in the end.
