12、立柱(Column)立柱固定在底盘上,是盘下减速器和盘上刮板装置的传动联接部分,主轴上的轴承靠油泵供油润滑。立柱结构见图4Thestandcolumnfixedonthechassis.Itisthelinkpartofthedeceleratorandtheplow.Theaxletreeonthemainspindlebubricationdependontheoilpump.ThestandcolumnrefertoFig43.3润滑系统(Lubricatingsystem)该混砂机的减速器采用稀油集中润滑,其余则采用干油润滑。Inthismixer,thecentralizedoill

22、noperation,Donotopentheoverhauldoorrandomly.围圈的下部设有取样器,见图8。取样时,顺时针旋转手轮,挡钩脱离取样筒的锁紧块时向外拉手轮,即可取样,取样完毕,将手轮推回并逆时针锁紧。机盆的内衬圈为不锈钢板制作,底盘上铺设大理石平板,平整、磨擦阻力小,使用寿命长。注意:安装和维修时,不要用锤子敲打或重物撞击大理石板。Thesamplerissetatthelowpartofenclosure,refertoFig8.whensampling,turninghandwheelclockwisepullthehandwheelwhilethehookisdep

35、Ifnecessary,itshouldbestatedbycustomerwhileordering.4.机器的搬运及安装(TransportationandInstallation)41机器的搬运(Transportation)411搬运机器之前要阅读本设备的技术文件,了解设备的重量,选择正确的吊挂部位和吊具。Beforetransportingstudythisdocumentcarefully,knowaboutthenetweightofthemachineandselectthepositionofhoistingandliftingtoolcorrectly.412搬运时卸砂门应

36、处于关闭的位置。Whilelifting,thedischargingdoorshouldbeclosed.413吊运时钢丝绳上端应挂在平衡臂上,以防止钢丝绳挤压围圈而导致变形。Whilelifting,thebalancearmshouldbeinuseforhoistingthewireropesoastoavoidthewireropepressingtheenclosureofmixersoasleadingtodeforming.414吊运时,不允许吊挂十字头、电机座和卸料门。Itisnotallowedhangingthecrosshead,motorbaseplateanddis

45、ble.55在机器工作的过程中不得随便打开检修门,否则造成故障停机。Duringoperationitismotallowedtoopentheoverhauldoorrandomly,otherwiseitmaycausetroubleoraccident.56机器工作过程中,不得用手或其他东西触摸机器的运动零件。Duringoperation,donotcontactturningpartsorthemachinewithhandorother.6、试验运转(Trialrunning)61空载运转(No-loadrunning)6 11试运转前,必须认真阅读本说明书并对机器的性能有全面的了

46、解。Beforeoperation,theoperatorshouldstudythisdocumentandwellknowthepropertiesofthemixer6 12将机盆清理干净,不要把工具和任何物件遗留在机盆内,以免发生危险。Cleanthepanofthemixerthoroughly.Tobenoteddonotleavetoolsandotherpartsinthepantopreventthemachinefrombeingdamaged.6 13检查混砂机各联接部分的螺栓是否有缺失,用手推动十字头,检查是否转动灵活。刮板、十字头、底盘和围圈之间要有一定的间隙。Che

48、ilpumpmotortoseeifthelubricatingsystemworksnormally,ortherearenotleakage,aswellasifthepressurerelayisnormal.6 15转动出砂门,检查出料门旋转是否灵活。Rotationthedischargegate.checkoutthedischargegateisaflexible.6 16机器空载连续运转4小时,在此期间注意检查各联接件是否有松动,减速器是否有不正常的噪声。打开和关闭卸料门多次,检查其是否工作灵活。Themixerrunscontinuouslyfor4hoursinno-loa
