3、足法规要求，如有违反马培德公司不承担任何责任。 We must register in the guard room and receive visitor card before entering; we promises that we follow Chinese environment, health and safety regulation, all the product and service we provide is lawful, any unconstitutionality will have no impact to maped. 二、 如若在厂内进行高风险作业施工

4、（如动火作业等等），必须另外申请高风险工作许可证； If do high-risk operations in Maped(such as hot work, etc.),we have to apply for high-risk operation license; 三、 本公司施工期间应遵守马培德厂区规定、相应的工业安全和环境相关规定；未得马培德公司同意， 本公司施工人员在施工期间应只能在施工区域活动，不得擅自进入马培德公司其他区域，尤其是公司的重要区域（如办公室，能源区，变电房等）； Our company shall comply with Maped regulations,rel
