8、全机高 1440mm,长2715mm,宽仅750mm,适合室内作业。通过对设计原理、设计方法的叙述,阐释了微型履带式起重机全部设计过程。充分利用了计算机辅助设计、制造和分析等手段。设计过程清晰完整、生产制造有理可循、具备一定的实用性。本设计工作性能优异,不仅适用于室内作业而且也可以用于室外作业,大大提高了工作效率。关键字:履带式起重机;Auto Inventor;数字设计制造;有限元分析;履带底盘Spider crawler crane design researchAbstract:Caterpillar spider aerial work platform, is a kind of s

And be applicable to the construction of lifting operations, the design size is appropriate , when the Working devic
10、e and leg up, the machine is height of 1440mm, length of 2715mm, width of 750mm, its very suitable for indoor working conditions. Lifting ability is also very strong, especially suitable for the installation of the high-rise building glass. But this product walks slowly. Transfer site needed to be h
11、andled by another vehicle.We based on the design principle, design method and the design process of a small crawler crane. Proves the reliability, highlighting and the design features. We make full use of the computer aided design, manufacture and analysis. The design process are clear and complete
