摘要：城市更新与老龄化双重背景下，城市老旧社区的适老性改造价值愈发突出，对打造“老年友好城市”，满足人民群众日益增长的美好生活需要具
有重要意义。文章以“老年友好”理念为指导，开展城市老旧社区的适老性改造策略研究。以苏州市古城区为对象，识别老龄化社区并探知其改造需求，
提出涵盖建筑功能、交通环境、景观环境、公共空间、社会环境等各方面的适老性改造策略，以期增强老旧社区的老年友好性发展，助力实现“老年友
好城市”目标。
Abstract：Under the dual background of aging and urban renewal, the adaptability transformation of old urban communities is of great importance,
which is significant to build "age-friendly cities" and meeting the people's growing needs for a better life. Guiding by the concept of " age-friendly
", this paper aims to carry out the research on the strategy for the transformation of old communities in cities which adapt to the ages. Taking
the ancient city of Suzhou as the object, identifying aging communities and exploring their transformation needs, and proposing strategies for the
ageability transformation which have covered various aspects of building function, traffic environment, landscape environment, public space, social
environment, etc. This paper aims to improve the age-friendliness of the old communities and help to achieve the goal of " age-friendly cities ".
