为促进我院持续发展，提高学科整体医疗技术水平，进一步规范新技术、新项目的申报和审批流程，完善新技术项目的临床应用质量控制管理，保障医疗安全，提高医疗质量，根据卫生部2009年颁布的〔2009〕18号《医疗技术临床应用管理办法（试用）》文件精神，结合我院的实际，特制定我院新技术、新项目临床应用管理制度。
一、新技术、新项目是指在我院范围内首次应用于临床的诊断和治疗技术，包括：
（一）、使用新试剂的诊断项目；
（二）、使用二、三类医疗器械的诊断和治疗项目；
（三）、创伤性诊断和治疗项目；
（四）、生物基因诊断和治疗项目；
（五）、使用产生高能射线设备的诊断和治疗项目；
（六）、其它可能对人体健康产生重大影响的新技术、新项目。
