我国粮食行业的市场建议分析
纵观中国粮食生产和市场，在令人窒息的局面下，也不乏闪光之处。在国内粮食生产连年丰收、国际市场廉价粮食涌进国内市场的格局下，我国粮食市场似乎进入了持续的“寒冬”期。稻强米弱、麦强面弱越来越明显，粮食加工企业能够正常开工的企业寥寥无几，中国粮食生产和市场好象走进了“死胡同”。
在普通小麦滞销的情况下，优质小麦供不应求；普通杂交稻没有起色，优质稻米却水涨船高。
改变我国当今粮食生产和市场被动的局面，需要国家和粮食企业多措并举：
一、坚持优质优价 调整粮食收购政策
市场经济条件下，价格杠杆对农产品的撬动作用极其明显。作为重要农产品之一，粮食也不例外。我国政策性粮食收购价格，诸如最低收购价粮食、各级储备粮食、临时收储粮食等，自2012年以来小麦、稻谷一直实行同品种同价格。目前，我国小麦政策性收购价格，实行的是不论白小麦、红小麦、混合小麦都是一样的价格；稻谷政策
