基于主成分分析的蓝莓优良品种引种试验综合评价

摘要 以目前生产中主栽品种“芭尔德温”“园蓝”“粉蓝”“杰兔”和“灿烂”5个兔眼蓝莓为对照，以9项果实外观性状和8项果实营养品质为评价指标，对“科威尔”“莱格西”“珠宝”“绿宝石”和“明星”5个新引入品种进行适应性评价，以期为其推广应用提供科学依据。结果表明，所有品种间除Vc含量无显著差异外，果实单果重、果形指数、果洼、萼片、可溶性固形物、总糖、花色苷等指标均存在显著差异。引入的“绿宝石”和“珠宝”2个品种的单果重显著高于对照品种，两者的可溶性固形物虽显著低于“园蓝”和“灿烂”，但均显著高于对照品种“芭尔德温”和“粉蓝”。主成分分析提取了前4个主成分，累计方差贡献率达 85.227%。“绿宝石”“莱格西”“明星”和“珠宝”的主成分分析综合评价指数高于对照品种“粉蓝”“园蓝”“芭尔德温”和“杰兔”。表明“绿宝石”“莱格西”“明星”和“珠宝”4个品种果实品质优于对照品种，在黔东南地区可以推广种植。
