摘要
基于理论学****和短期的现场实****本文针对丰鹤机组的部分运行问题给予了阐述、 分析和总结。在理论分析的同时通过对丰鹤电厂炉膛灭火问题、结交问题、空调器运行 问题的实例分析及做出对应的事故预防措施，得出有利于电厂安全、顺利运行的结论， 为丰鹤机组能够合理、经济的运行提出了合理性建议。由于实际燃烧煤种和设计煤种有 大的差异，特别是燃料紧张时，两者差异极大导致锅炉燃烧很不稳定，使原有的运行经 验不能加以参考，炉膛燃烧工况波动极大。因此，要在燃料及运行技术方面加大力度以 使燃烧情况能够安全且经济。在运行实践中，结焦问题是一个只能控制其发展程度但无 法避免的问题，同时这个问题会给机组运行的经济性甚至安全性带来很多程度的危害。 在实际运行当中主要通过燃煤的调整以及运行技术进行控制。良好的控制空预器运行在 丰鹤机组中是一个特别重要的任务。炉膛二次燃烧很容易引起空预器着火，空预器吹灰 是否正常也关系到机组在调负荷时的安全。在实际情况中主要通过数据监视及事故预想 来更好的控制空预器运行。
Abstract
According to theories study and short date of the spot practice, this text aim at some problem of Fenghe machine to elaborate, analysis and summary. According theories analysis of extinguish fire problem abo ut the Fenghe power station, knot bur nt problem, phehea ter problem to do a rightness should of trouble prevention measure, get be advantageous to a power station safety, smooth circulate of conclusion, for machine set can reasonable, economy of circulate put forward rationality suggestion. Because actual combustion coal and design coalhave big of difference, especially fuel strain, their difference cause boiler combustion very unsteady, make original experience can，t be took into reference, holier combustion condition changed a lot.Therefore, in the fuel and circulate technique enlargement str eng th with making combus tion circums tance can safe ty and econom y. In the moveme nt the fulf illme nt, knot bur nt problem can be cont roled but unavoidable problem, this problem will give in the meantime machine set the economy for circulate even the safety bring much degree of endanger.
