摘要:针对石灰行业缺乏单位产品可比综合能耗评价方法的现状,参照水泥单位产品能源消耗限额计算方
法,通过对石灰质量中关键质量指标与能耗关系的分析,得出结论:在同一比较基准上,通过对可消化率、
活性度和海拔高度的修正,可以对各种类型和规模的石灰生产线的石灰单位产量可比综合能耗进行评定。
准确评价石灰单位产品可比综合能耗能够为淘汰石灰行业落后产能提供依据。

Abstract: Considering the lack of evaluation methods for comparable comprehensive energy consumption of unit
product in lime industry, the research refers to the calculation method of energy consumption limit of cement
unit productby analyzing the relationship between key quality indicators and energy consumption in lime
quality. It is concluded that the comparable comprehensive energy consumption per unit output of various types
and sizes of lime production lines can be evaluated by correcting the digestibility, activity and altitude on the
same comparative benchmark.This study accurately evaluates the comparable comprehensive energy
consumption of lime unit products, and provides a basis for eliminating backward production capacity in the
lime industry.
