甲、乙双方经友好协商，就污水处理工程达成共识。甲方委托乙方按照《 股份有限公司污水处理治理方案》进行治理。 一、工程总费用:

1、合同签订后支付总价50%预付款，计人民币 万元整; 2、设备进场安装支付30%，计人民币 万肆仟元整; 3、设备安装结束后，经调试，正常运行通过环保验收，支付20%，计人民币 元整。
三、制作和安装工期
1、预付款到账后18天进场安装，安装周期为4天，调试为3天。 2、电线、线管、桥架接电、压缩空气由甲方自理。
四、治理效果
通过以上的污水处理，可使 股份有限公司的污水达到环
保允许要求范围内。
五、售后服务
在工程完工一年内，如有质量问题，乙方负责免费维修。 六、其他
安装期间，甲方应为乙方提供用电及配合乙方施工;乙方的施工人员应严格遵守对方的厂纪厂规，按照《安全操作规范》进行施工。安装期间的安全责任由乙方承担。
七、违约责任
由违约方承担责任。由于乙方原因拖延工期，每天按合同总价的30,罚款;同样如甲方到期欠款不付，每天按合同总价的30,罚款。安装结束后，由甲方在15天内对该治理项目进行验收，逾期视为默认通过。
八、解决合同纠纷的方法
可以协商、调解或仲裁。也可向当地法院起诉。
九、以上合同书及设计方案书一式贰份，甲乙双方各执壹份。《,,,,,,股份有限公司污水处理方案》为本合同附件，同本合同具有同等法律效力。
