浅谈中等职业学校学生自我管理
【摘要】在国家提倡要大力发展职业教育的背景下,近几年,中职学校迅速扩大办学规模,学生人数骤增,这给中职学校学生管理工作带来了新的问题和矛盾,以往仅依靠“他律”方式管理学生的模式亦不能解决这些新的问题和矛盾,为此加强中等职业学校学生自我管理、自我教育,从而促进职业教育快速发展便显得尤为重要。本文从中等职业学校学生现状入手,阐述了加强中等职业学校学生自我管理的必要性和意义,且针对现状和问题提出了关于加强中职学校学生自我管理的对策。

【Abstract】Under the background that the nation calls for developing the vocational education greatly, in recent years, the secondary vocational school has enlarged the school scope and students become more and more, which has brought the management work of the secondary vocational school new problem and illogicality, so just depending on the heteronomous managing mode can not solve these new problems and illogicality. For that, it becomes specially important to strengthen the self management and self education on the secondary vocational students and then to advance the fast development of the vocational education. In this article, starting from the present situation of secondary vocational students, the writer has expatiated on the importance and significance of strengthening the self management on the secondary vocational students and also brought forward some opinions for strengthening it aimed at the present situation and the problems.
