第四章 调车工作
第54条 调车机车的规定(《技规》第218条)
调车机车检修时，替换的调车机车司机应由熟悉车站设备的司机担任。对第一次在车站担任调车的司机，应派熟悉车站设备的指导司机 (司机)跟车指导。在石油专用线、军事专用线内进行调车时的安全注意事项及特殊要求，应在专用线(取送车)运输协议中规定，并严格执行。
第55条 调车作业指挥的规定(《技规》第222条)
一、调车作业由调车长单一指挥。一个调车组有两名及其以上调车长时，在一个班的工作时间内，只能由一名调车长单一指挥，严禁轮换担任调车指挥。
二、调车人员不足两人时，不准进行作业(不挂车的单机和轨道车转线除外)。推送及瞭望困难时，必须增加调车人员。
第56条 调车作业计划的编制、下达和变更的规定(《技规》第225、226条)
一、调车作业计划由调车领导人编制。参加调车作业的所有人员均应有调车作业通知单或附有

五、口头变更计划(中间站利用本务机车调车禁止口头变更计划)在一张调车作业通知单内不得超过两次，钩数累计不得超过3钩。使用无线调车设备的车站，按规定可用口头方式布置、传达的，均可用无线调车设备传达布置。但必须按规定复诵核对，不得使用站场广播传达。
六、当调车信号机故障不能开放时，须在“调车作业通知单”中股道示意图相应位置进行标注，并在注意事项栏注明作业要求。
第57条 调车作业在学****司机一侧显示信号的规定
调车作业因线路靠司机一侧是高站台、低货位、煤仓、滑槽等须在学****司机一侧显示信号时，调车指挥人向司机传达计划时要交待清楚，由学****司机确认信号。机车乘务组要认真执行呼唤应答制度；调车速度控制在15km/h及其以下，调车指挥人要及时正确显示信号，并以音响信号辅助，切实
