3、带来了曙光，其实质是电子商务的B2C（Business to Customer, 商家与客户之间的交易）模式。由于医药行业属于一个特殊的行业，药品的管理比较严格，网上药店的发展受到了限制。为了让我国的网上药店在发展的道路上迅速成长，需要政府部门，医药企业和消费者的共同努力。 本文通过查阅网络和图书资源，了解了网上药店的发展历程，并且通过研究我国医药行业环境下的网上药店的现状，对比国外网上药店的一些先进政策，得出自己的结论，做出客观的评价，针对网上药店的现状和存在的问题，提出一些对网上药店有帮助的建设性意见。本文的目的在于通过对我国网上药店发展现状的分析，结合我国国情，寻找有效的适合我国网上药店

11、Suggestions.1.网上药店概况近些年来，随着互联网的普及和医药行业的不断扩大，网上药店成为一个新兴的行业在迅猛发展，并且以它的方式在逐渐深入人们的生活，被大家所接受。相对于实体药店，它拥有着不可比拟的优势，但是也有着它自己的劣势，在发展的道路上，需要广大消费者的支持，也需要在出现问题的时候大家及时提出意见，希望在我们的共同努力下让网上药店发展得更加顺利。1.1 网上药店的概念 在电子商务高速发展的时代，网络购物已经成为一种趋势，网上药店在这种形式下应运而生，成为医药电子商务发展的产物，它也被称为虚拟药店。因其与人们的生命健康息息相关，国家对网上药店的监管异常严格。网上药店(inter
