2、革命,使企业员工的培训可以超越时间和空间的限制,随时随地的开展。同时,E-learning培训大大降低了企业培训成本,且可跟踪量化员工的学习情况。通过文献分析发现,现今企业E-learning处于快速发展的时期,但是企业E-learning实施的成本/效益并不让企业很满意,其中很大的一个问题是员工的学习主动性不高,员工参与度不高,使得E-learning应有的功能和作用不能有效发挥。因此,深入了解员工学习主动性的影响因素对进一步推动企业E-learning的有效实施是非常有意义的。对于提高企业员工学习主动性这个问题,本论文提出了以绩效技术为导向的企业E-learning的策略设计,以绩效技术、
3、成人学习理论、教学设计理论为支撑,对如何提高学习主动性做了分析和探讨,以期给出一个框架性的指导和思路。笔者分析了一个亲自参与的企业E-learning课程设计实例,详细解剖了该实例设计对于提高学员学习主动性方面的优缺点。结合分析结果,从课程设计和评估激励这两方面以绩效技术为导向论述了如何提高学习主动性,希望能帮助学员更好地投入企业E-learning的学习。关键词:企业数字化学习,绩效技术,学习主动性,课程设计,评估激励Abstract With the rapid development of Internet technology, the E-learning has become an

E-learning to achieve the revolution in the way of learning, training of employees can transcend time and space constraints, anytime, anywhere to carry out. Meanwhile, E-learning training greatly reduce the training costs, and staff ca
5、n track the quantifiable learning. Through literature analysis, E-learning in today's business period of rapid growth, but the implementation of corporate E-learning cost / benefit does not allow enterprises to very satisfied, much of a problem is the staff's motivation is not high,the staff
6、 involved in is not high, making the E-learning should be the function and role cannot be effectively carried out. Therefore, in-depth understanding of factors affecting employee motivation to learn and further promote the business of the effective implementation of E-learning is very significant.Im
7、proving employees motivation to learn this problem, this paper presents the performance of technology-oriented strategy design of enterprise E-learning, performance technology, adult learning theory, instructional design theory as the support and analysis on how to improve motivation to learnand dis

10、to Learn, Curriculum Design, Assessment of Incentive目 录1 绪论1.1研究背景及意义企业E-learning 起源于美国,在较短的时间内得到了充分的发展,并在企业领域引起了E-learning 应用与开发的热潮。目前美国有 60%的企业都有通过网络形式进行员工培训的经验,特别是在大型的公司。我国在 2000 年初正式引入 E-learning,最初效仿国外将之引入到企业领域。而随着网络的普及和不同行业的实际需求,经过十多年的发展,其涉足的领域包括高等教育、中小学教育甚至一些私人培训机构。企业E-learning 在这些领域中的应用水平与效果
11、参差不齐,在实施过程中遇到不少问题。 2000 年至 2003 年是 E-learning 在我国应用的起步阶段,许多精英投身互联网热潮,借鉴 E-learning 在美国的发展,希望能导入和培育出本土的 E-learning 产业。但是由于大部分企业照搬国外的经验和产品,缺少本土文化和自身国情的融合,很少有企业愿意身先士卒。据赛迪传媒统计2,2001 年中国企业用于培训的费用达到 100 亿人民币,但采用 E-learning 的投入只占到整体投入的 0.1%。随后的 2004 年至 2006 年,是国内企业大胆尝试 E-learning 的阶段。随着全球经济一体化的推进和中国加入 WTO
