储气工程投资估算中其他费用编制与分析

摘要：国家石油天然气管网集团有限公司为助力实现“碳达峰、碳中和”目标,在天津、粤东、深圳、龙口、漳州等接收站项
目中，加快推进基础设施的建设，多个储气工程可行性研究项目同步开展。储气工程费用主要为储罐投资，但储罐投资
基本上已很明确，对储气工程投资差异不大；而其他费用因套用不同的费用定额，投资差异较大。文章主要从其他费用
方面说明不同的费用定额对储气工程投资的影响，及分析影响其他费用数值的主要因素。
