左氧***沙星为第三代喹诺***类药物,临床中运用十分广泛,其不良反应的报道很多,我院急诊科输液观察室2007年1月~2009年7月间出现左氧***沙星不良反应62例,现将不良反应分析及护理体会报道如下:
1资料与方法
1.1一般资料
我院急诊科输液区从2007年1月~2009年7月间静脉使用左氧***沙星2 368例,其中,男1 254例,女1 114例;年龄18~76岁,平均32.5岁;病种有化脓性扁桃体炎1 061例,急性肠炎570例,尿路感染157例,肺炎230例,盆腔炎123例,支气管炎90例,中耳炎70例,其他67例。
1.2方法
均采用盐酸左前氧***沙星100 ml(0.2 g),静脉滴注,2次/d,连用3~7 d。观察记录患者的不良反应及治疗后血常规、尿常规、肝、肾功变化。
2结果
2 368例患者中出现了各种不良反应,见表1。

在不良反应的62例中,男25例,女37例,单独用药41例,合并用药21例。用药时间≤2 h 者25例,2~5 d 31例,5~7
