摘 要:利用在酸性条件下,IO3¯ 氧化 I¯ 产生 3 倍摩尔量的 I ¯ ,而在紫外区 287nm 具最大吸收, 在 20~80µg/50ml 范围内符
合 Lambert-Beer 定律。检出限为 0.01µg/ml,相对标准偏差为 1.04%, 平均回收率为 101.5%。

Research on Measuring Iodine in Potassium Iodine with UV-spectrophotometer Determination

Abstract: It is found that iodide ( IO3¯ ) formed is reacted with excess of iodide in an acidic medium to give free iodine ( I¯ ) in the ratio of
one mole of iodide ( IO3 ¯ ) giving three moles of iodine ( I3¯ ). The iodine in the solution, showing its absorption maximum at 287nm, can thus
be determined photometric in the UV-spectrum region. Lambert-Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 20~80µg of iodide per 50ml of solution.
