摘要：面对我国医疗市场日益激烈的竞争和卫生事业 的快速发展态势，医院不能只是片面地追求收入，同样也 要关注成本管理的发展趋势，只有通过对医院的成本核算 与管理，不断降低医院的成本支出，挖潜增效，才能提高 医院的社会效益和经济效益，增强医院在市场经济下的竞 争能力。同时加强医院成本管理，实行成本核算，就是为 了 “用比较低廉的费用提供比较优质的医疗服务”，在一定 程度上减轻病人的医药费用负担。
