1、摘要随着科学技术迅猛发展的今天,全球经济一体化的趋势越来越明显,世界各国都面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。物流作为一种先进的组织方式和管理技术,被各企业认为是降低物质消耗、提高生产率以外的另一个利润来源,并受到各行各业的关注,在社会经济的发展中发挥着重要的作用。但是,面对我国当今的形式,人们对物流在社会经济中的作用认识不足,缺乏物流方面的人才,物流设施落后,技术也不发达,这严重制约了物流技术的发展。而且,当今企业对生产物流、人因工程学及操作姿势等因素的重视不够。企业在生产环节中时常出现问题,生产运作不够顺畅。在此,本文以人因工程学和生产物流为契机,对某生产总装线的工位以工序过程表及工序过程图的方式

2、进行分析,便于改善,也为流程分析奠定了很好的基础。此外,针对某些工位的工人操作动作加以研究,提出更合理的方法。同时,借助双手作业分析的方法,发现了工人在生产过程中存在的弊端,并找到了改进的方案。在工作环境的改善中,主要针对车间内空气的质量提出了几点有助于通风换气的措施。在工厂布局上,根据产品的加工形式构想出简单的车间布局,并不对具体的机器摆放加以研究。在物料搬运的分析中,充分考虑各个工位之间的相互关系,并在人因工程学的基础上设计出产品各零部件的搬运方法,使物料搬运的过程更加合理、更加实用。最后,通过假想的数据,绘制出物流强度汇总表、物流强度分析表和物流相互关系图,以此对物流进行分析,证明了假想

3、的工厂布局是可行的。总而言之,物流的发展越来越受到人们的重视,而将人因工程学运用在物流的发展中更是一种创新和挑战。关键词:人因工程;工厂布局;生产流程;物料搬运;物流强度ABSTRACT With the rapid development of science and technology nowdays, the trend of global economic integration is becoming more and more obvious, all countries in the world are confronted with unknown challenges an

The logistics which is approved as the source of profits except reducing materialconsumption and improving productivity by enterprises ,concerned by all walks of life plays an important role in the socio-economic development as a kind of advanced organized pattern and a management t

5、echnology.Yet, our country now face the situation that people donot recogonize the logistics functions in social economy well, lack of logistics personnel, and logistics infrastructure as well technology backward which has seriously restricted the development of logistics technology. Moreover,due to

6、 the enterprises do not pay enough attention to production logistics, human factors engineering and operating posture and other factors, enterprises in the aspect of production often have been cought in difficulties,and the production operation is always not smooth.Here, based on the human factors e

7、ngineering and production logistics as an opportunity, the analysis of the production assembly line to station and process form as well as process diagram ,which not only make it easily improve, but also can establish a very good foundation for process analysis. In addition, it does some station wor

8、kers action researches and put forward a more reasonable method. At the same time, with the help of hands work analysis method, the disadvantages of the workers are defected in the production process, and the improved scheme is found. In the improvement of work environment, some measures of ventilat

9、ion improving workshop s air quality are mainly put forward .To the plant layout it makes some simple one according to the product processing form , and study the specific machine. In material handling analysis, moving approaches of product parts transporting are designed based on human factors engi

10、neering through full consideration to relationship of all stations, making material handling process more reasonable and practical. Finally, through the imaginary data, drawing the logistics intensity summary table, logistics intensity analysis table as well as logistic relation of logistics based o
