不同化疗方案对胃癌术后患者的疗效分析
王敏 [摘要] 目的 探讨胃癌术后两种化疗方案的效果。 方法 选取2008~2009年在本院进行手术治疗的胃癌患者50例,随机分为两组,其中TPF组25例,给予TPF方案[多烯紫杉醇(TXT)+顺铂(CDDP)+***尿嘧啶(FU)]进行术后化疗;FOLFOX组25例,给予FOLFOX方案[奥沙利铂(L-OHP)+***尿嘧啶(FU)+甲酰四氢叶酸(LV)]进行术后化疗,观察比较两组患者的生活质量改善情况、毒副作用、远期生存率。 结果 FOLFOX组患者在生活质量情况、远期生存率方面显著优于TFP组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在毒副作用方面,FOLFOX组患者在血小板减少这一指标上优于TFP组(P<0.05)。 结论 TPF方案和FOLFOX方案比较,后者临床疗效好,毒副作用相对少,远期生存率高,值得临床推广。

Curative effect analysis of different chemotherapy regimens in postoperative gastric cancer patients

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the treatment efficacy of two kinds of chemotherapy in postoperative gastric cancer patietns.
