兴义坡岗自然保护区苔藓植物区系研究
摘 要:基于采自兴义坡岗自然保护区781份苔藓植物标本鉴定整理,并结合2006年出版的《兴义坡岗自然保护区综合科学考察集》中苔藓植物的记录,统计分析了该地苔藓植物种类组成,区系地理成分特点。结果表明:该地区苔藓植物有47科116属314种,发现贵州新记录属-钟帽藓属Venturiella。对314种苔藓植物进行物种组成和区系成分分析,得出优势科11个,优势属7个,区系划分为15 种类型,其中中国—日本成分所占比例最大,区系成分具有由温带向热带过渡的特点。

Abstract:A total of 781 kinds of bryophytes are collected and surveyed. Based on the records of bryophytes in The Comprehensive Scientific Investigation Set of Pogang Nature Reserve in Xingyi, we analyzed species composition and floristic characteristics of bryophytes from the Pogang Nature Reserve in Xingyi County, Guizhou Province. The result shows that there are a total of 314 species,which belong to 116 genera in 47 families in the reserve. The genus Venturiella is newly recorded in Guizhou Province. The species composition and flora analysis showed that the 314 species bryophytes were divided into 15 flora types, including 11 dominant families and 7 main genera. Sino—Japan(SJ) accounted for the largest proportion in floristic geographical elements, and bryophytes flora of the reserve was characterized by the transitional category from temperate to tropical zones.

1 調查研究方法
1.1 兴义坡岗自然保护区基本概况
兴义坡岗自然保护区位于N24°56′38″~25°05′30″,E104°58′40″~105°05′35″,在贵州的西南部,与云南、广西交界。保护区地质组成以石灰岩为主,典型的喀斯特发育强烈区,亚热带季风湿润气候,以喀斯特植被为主,森林覆盖率87.9%,自然环境较好,生物多样性丰富,野生兰科植物众多,是省内野生兰科植物种类分布最多的自然保护区[1-4]。
1.2 调查方法
1.2.1 标本采集
在兴义坡岗自然保护区进行为期9天的苔藓植物标本采集。标本采集主要采取普遍调查的方式,具体方法为:将不同生境(石生、土生、树生、腐木生等)的苔藓植物,用工具小刀将其完整地刮取下来,对叶附生的苔藓植物标本,连同被附生叶片一同取下,都放置于信封大小的纸袋中;水生种类,则需要先把水吸干,再放置在纸袋中。每个纸袋上记录采集的地点、时间、海拔、生境、采集人等信息并编号。同时对生境较好或具特殊结构(如孢蒴、生殖托等)的标本进行拍照。针对较少见、可能在分布上有重要意义或者有可能是新分类群新分布的标本,在拍摄照片的同时,还需要详细记录其采集地的经纬度以及其他生长因素。按照以上方法,共获得苔藓植物标本781份。

将标本带回到实验室,逐一展开并晾干,尤其对一些水生、湿生环境的种
